Description

Owner of concluded contract order / projects –Supporting sales during quote stage and leading execution of projects until hand over to the customer, involving delivery and commissioning of equipment's including closure of warranty claimsOwner of internal compliance process - Reviewing customer’s Purchase order and our offer to check and find if any gap or non-compliance.Being the single point of contact to the Customer and accomplishing the project goals in terms of cost, time & quality taking support from BU Managers & Engineering & Supply teamLeading Internal Handover meeting with P&A, Sales, and BU managersOrder Booking in ERP system, Receiving acknowledgment from factory and providing order acknowledgement to customers.Leading Kick off meeting with customer and factoriesOrganizing technical documentation as per project schedule from factories and submitting the same to customer as per agreed plan.·Resolving technical comments, waivers and deviations approvals during order executionUpdating BU managers about project status on monthly basis and highlighting issues like payments and project delays and to customer as well.Coordinating between factories and customer on technical clarifications, project specifications, submittal and approval of technical documentation and conducting inspection.Placing orders to local supplier and expediting as and when requiredInvoicing and submission of supporting documents for stage payments.Commissioning of the Equipments: Coordinating with Service department for deputing field service engineers.In charge for final documentation submission, guarantees and order close outs as per customer’s requirements.Supporting Account receivables team to follow up with customer on stage payments and taking support from sales for any issues.Handling Logistics / order administration – Review and finalization of shipping documents.Preparation and submission of Letter of credit documents.Why Alfa Laval?An exciting place to build your career having opportunity to expand your global network, inside and outside of Alfa Laval, with different nationalities.Excellent learning opportunity to work with our global leaders.We offer you an interesting and challenging position in an international, open, and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value for our customers
