Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Officer to join our team. The Purchase Officer will be responsible for creating invoices, purchase orders, and managing finished goods. This role does not involve direct interaction with suppliers but requires strong coordination with internal departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage invoices for all purchases.
  • Generate and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and production teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Manage finished goods documentation and tracking.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to purchasing and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
