- Clinical Trials:
o Conduct and supervise product clinical trials
o Prepare clinical protocols, manage patient screening, and monitor trial progress.
o Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and clinical trial regulations.
o Document and analyse trial outcomes to provide actionable insights.
2.Market Research
o Create questionnaires, discussion guides, identify/network physicians- patients-customers and other groups for market research study
o Roll out and consolidate findings
Formulation Development:
o Research and support development of new formulations based on traditional texts and modern applications.
o Collaborate with R&D team to optimize product effectiveness and safety.
o Oversee ingredient sourcing and ensure formulations align with regulatory standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
o Handle documentation and registration of new products with AYUSH or relevant authorities.
o Ensure products comply with GMP and other industry-specific standards.
Publications and Knowledge Sharing:
o Prepare scientific publications, white papers, and case studies to highlight clinical trial results and formulation effectiveness.
o Create monographs or dossiers on herbs and natural sources
o Represent the organization in conferences, seminars, and industry events.
o Conduct trainings to marketing team on the products for launch and sales activity
Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
o Train staff on Ayurvedic principles and product usage as needed.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is mandatory.
• Experience: 1-3 years in a relevant field, including:
Practising physician
Conducting clinical trials.
Publishing research in journals or conferences.
Ayurvedic formulation development.
Regulatory affairs and product registration.
Key Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and formulations.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for publications and documentation.
• Familiarity with AYUSH and other regulatory guidelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for research and development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
