ØMaintaining the machines and Systems at a regular interval as per norms. Ø100% plant and company safety compliance to be followed. Zero stoppage due to human error. ØAlways partner with seniors before making any adjustment outside specification on lines. ØMaintaining Modules and system at regular intervals as per company norms. ØFollow instructions Given by shift in charge for smooth functioning of machines. ØMake necessary changes in label ribbon, label printer and counter knife after completion of its life cycle. ØAfter completion of all adjustment mentioned above it is send to doctrine, packing machine and ensure proper alignment vertically & horizontally setting of films as per setting standards involves Octopus setting, oven setting. ØAfter completion of this setting specification it should be loaded on pallets or in the form of corrugated sheet which is wrapped manually.
