Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Costing Specialist - A&F (Accounts & Finance). The Costing Specialist will be responsible for preparing cost analyses, collecting operational and cost data, and analyzing variances between standard and actual costs. The role also includes maintaining and updating standard costing records, collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate costing, and preparing reports and documentation related to costing activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with cost analysis, variance reporting, and financial documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the elevator industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
