COMPETENCIES & SKILL SETMust have:Clear understanding and exposure to PHARMACEUTICALS/Healthcare/Pharma Healthcare space, demonstrate clear acumen in scientific and business research. Well versed with extracting scientific information from Scientific database like pubmed, Embase etc. Process of Systematic literature review.Report scientific document writing skills - creating reports that offer contextually relevant insightsExpertise in secondary research with experience in using databases and open sources.Proven strengths/clear aptitude in performing literature analysis and deriving insightsKnowledge on MS Office (esp. Word, PowerPoint (advance expertise) and basic Excel) and Internet searching skills are mandatoryGood scientific writing with well- structured and formatted content, correct usage of English language.Must exhibit following core behaviors:Taking ownership / accountability of the projects assignedFlexibility to work on cross-team projects across all domainsAttention to detailsClear/concise and effective communicationCritical thinkingSelf-motivated, able to work autonomouslyGood to have:Should understand the regulatory climate relevant to PHARMACEUTICALS/Rx space esp. in US/EuropeExposure to text mining related projectsKnowledge of data visualization tools incl. charts and graphs, smart arts etc.Basic statisticsKnowledge of scientific visualization tools such as graph pad prism/SIGMA plot.
