Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients including OEMs & Tier 1 across aerospace & defense, semi-conductors, energy and oil & gas sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and technical stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Technical Collaboration & Solution Development

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to develop customized tooling and machining solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable technical briefs and proposals.
  • Provide technical insights during client discussions to build trust and demonstrate capability.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets for the entire business division.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and report progress to senior leadership.

Brand Representation & Industry Engagement

  • Represent Unimech Aerospace at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Build brand visibility and promote the companys capabilities through presentations, white papers, and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15–20 years of experience in business development within Aerospace, Defense, Energy, Semi-Conductors or Oil & Gas industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of CNC machining, Tooling, Mechanical/Electromechanical Assemblies applications and Manufacturing processes.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100, ISO, and other relevant certifications.
