Based on a commitment to unlocking human capital, Atlas Learning serves a diverse global audience.Role DescriptionWe are starting something new, incredible and crazy good We need a person who loves to learn, connect with people, ideate, build relationships, plan and organize events and manage budgets.This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Community Coordinator. The Community Coordinator will play a critical role in engaging with the community, planning and executing impactful events, and fostering relationships with community members and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing outreach initiatives, coordinating community programs, and organizing activities to build engagement. The role aims to enhance collaboration and foster a vibrant and interactive community environment.QualificationsProficiency in Community Engagement, Community Outreach, and Community Organizing to build and strengthen relationships within the community. Strong Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and foster meaningful connections with diverse audiences. Experience in Event Planning, including organizing, coordinating, and managing events and activities to maximize impact and engagement. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and creativity. Strong organizational skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationships. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Passion for community-building and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset is highly valued. Flexibility to take up increasing and ever changing work, change strategy Location: Dahisar East (Check Naka), MumbaiHoliday: Any two Saturdays and All Sundays (provided there's no event)Work Timings: 10.30am to 6.30pmSalary: INR 23000 plus Incentives (post probation)Probation: 3 Months (post which all perks kick in)
