Our engineering teams are committed to quality, reliability, and resilience at scale, supporting mission-critical operations for global customers.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead the design and implementation of robust automated testing frameworks for a cloud-native, multi-tenant microservices environment. This is a full-time ,on-site role for a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Transond Systems, located in Coimbatore.Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for microservices, APIs, web, and mobile applications.- Develop unit, integration, contract, regression, and end-to-end tests for multi-tenant cloud platforms.- Ensure tenant isolation in test environments and validate multi-tenant data security.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD) for continuous validation.- Conduct performance, load, and chaos testing to ensure platform resilience and scalability.- Collaborate with backend, frontend, data, and Dev Ops teams to maintain quality standards.- Mentor QA engineers on automation best practices, microservices testing, and cloud-native QA strategies.Required Skills & Experience- 5–8 years of experience in test automation for complex software platforms.- Strong programming/scripting skills: Python, Java, or Java Script.- Expertise in automated testing frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, or equivalent.- Experience with CI/CD integration and version control systems (Git).- Hands-on experience with microservices, REST/g RPC APIs, and cloud-native architectures.- Strong knowledge of multi-tenant platforms, data isolation, and security compliance.- Experience in performance, load, and chaos testing is highly desirable.- Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and test environment orchestration.Nice to Have- Experience with contract testing (Pact, Spring Cloud Contract).- Familiarity with observability and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).- Exposure to Io T telemetry data and event-driven architectures.- Knowledge of security testing for Saa S and multi-tenant platforms.
