Take charge as the Head of Business Finance in Gurgaon, driving financial excellence for our operations in the UAE or Australia.


Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will manage financial strategies and operations for our business in the UAE or Australia. As a strategic business partner to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, serving as a strategic business partner.
  • Develop and implement finance operational strategies by evaluating trends and establishing critical measurements.
  • Design systems and accumulate resources to improve production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Resolve problems and implement changes to streamline financial operations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Build and align finance systems and processes to support organizational goals.
  • Ensure requisite control processes are established and regularly monitored.
  • Contribute financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic planning.
  • Manage treasury functions, including working capital management, investing excess funds, currency hedging, cash flow management, and banking relationships.
  • Handle global taxation, GST, and transfer pricing.
  • Ensure accurate monthly closure of books, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Develop and automate SOPs and processes to enhance financial operations through digitalization.


Candidate Requirements:

  • CA or MBA professional with 10-18 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in industries such as retail, manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, etc., with a global presence.
  • Proven track record as a natural business partner with the ability to manage teams in fast-growing and dynamic organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage and lead cross-country teams and stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong aptitude for digitization and technology-based solutions.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve beyond the KPIs.
