  • Collaboratewith the customer team throughout the project lifecycle includingdesign development testing and implementationphases.
  • Coordinatewith customers IT teams to oversee technical activities during eachimplementationphase.
  • Workclosely with the project team to interpret technical businessrequirements and transform them into detailed businessdesigns.
  • Documentthe results in thorough business specifications for BY DemandPlanning ESP Fulfillment andReplenishment.
  • Provideassistance in enduser delivery system production deployment andongoing production supportactivities.
  • Takeownership of resolving technical issues with the solution as theyarise.
