Position title : Lead - MS & T ( Manufacturing Science & Technology )

Job location : Hyderabad

Qualification : Phd / Master's Degree in Microbiology / Biotechnilogy / Biochemical Engineering

Role purpose :

The role involves overseeing the MS & T (Manufacturing Science and Technology) Bio projects portfolio to align and achieve strategic goals effectively, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

Roles & responsibilities :

· Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, technology transfer, and scale-up of vaccine production processes.

· Collaborate with R&D to translate new vaccines from research into commercial manufacturing, aligning with regulatory requirements and company standards.

· Oversee the validation and documentation of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

· Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, staying abreast of scientific advancements and integrating new technologies where beneficial.

· Prepare technical reports, publications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

· Ensure effective collaboration with quality assurance to maintain product quality and with regulatory affairs to support regulatory submissions.

Desired candidate profile :

- PhD or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Microbiology- 8 to 10 years of experience in bio-pharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing industry- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across departments.
