And the practical experience: 5+ years of work experience in a professional environment Previous consulting experience Demonstrated project management experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structured thinking and intellectual flexibility Robust interpersonal skills including the ability to navigate uncertain environments with clients and colleagues, provide and respond to feedback, and organise and manage teams. Relevant experience within Nous' areas of focus such as education, Defence, financial services, health & ageing, human services, central & economic agencies, and government.
