Job Summary:

The SAP BTP(Business Technology Platform) will be responsible to lead the growth, and manage all the facets within BTP practice. This role involves strategizing, planning & overseeing implementation of SAP BTP solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. Building upon an existing culture of inclusion, integrity, and respect, this role supports the growth of the team’s competency, skills, and attitude.

Job Location: Chennai or Bangalore (both available)

Job Description

Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop & execute the strategic vision for SAP BTP practice- Led & mentor a team of BTP consultants providing guidance on best practices & professional development.- Establish & maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners & internal teams.

Business Development:

- Identify & pursue new business opportunities within BTP space.- Collaborate with sales team to develop proposals & presentations for potential clients.- Drive the growth of SAP BTP practice by developing innovative solutions & service offerings.- Manage relationship with SAP

Project Management & Technical Proficiency:

- Oversee the planning, executing & delivery of SAP BTP projects, ensuring completion of projects within budgets & as per mandate.- Risk management & implement effective risk mitigation strategies.- Provide technical leadership in the design & implementation of the solution.- Stay current with latest SAP BTP technologies, tools & best practices.- Understanding client’s requirements & translating them to effective solutions, ensuring high level of engagement & building relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.- Minimum 15 yrs of experience in SAP with at least 10 yrs in SAP BTP or related technologies- Experience in leading SAP BTP projects- Experience in a leadership role within a consulting environment- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP HANA, AI & other related technologies.- Strong business acumen & ability to identify & pursue business opportunities- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
