Senior Consultant Position

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for integrating and mapping customer data from client source systems to our industry-leading platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Using strong technical skills, migrate client data efficiently and accurately to the organization's platform.
  • Perform extract, transform, load (ETL) activities to ensure timely and accurate data conversions.
  • Provide in-depth research and analysis of complex scenarios to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs within project governance.
  • Map and maintain business requirements to the solution design using tools such as requirements traceability matrices (RTM).
  • Present findings, requirements, and problem statements for ratification by stakeholders and working groups.
  • Identify and document data gaps to allow change impact and downstream impact analysis to be conducted.

Requirements:

  • Experience assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems to meet business objectives.
  • Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions.
  • Working knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies and tools such as Talend, Dell Boomi, etc.
  • Utilize data mapping tools to prepare data for data loads based on target system specifications.
  • Strong SQL scripting experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Working Environment:

  • Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office).
  • Shift Timings: Flexible to EST hours when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in customer SIT, UAT, migration, and go live support.
