Company Description Populux HR is a leading Executive Search firm based in Kochi, Kerala . We are presently hiring for a leading FMCG(food) manufacturing Company based in Ernakulam, Kerala. Role Description The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, managing financial risks, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role entails strategic decision-making to drive financial growth and operational efficiency in alignment with the company's long-term goals. Key Roles Financial Management & Control Budjetting & Forecasting Banking & Treasury Management Statutory Finance & Compliance Corporate Governance & Risk Management Profitability Analysis & Business Projections Strategic Support & Leadership Qualification Required Qualified CA or CMA or Equivalent. Experience & Skills 15+ Years experience in handling Accounts & Finance preferably in Manufacturing sector Should have worked at Senior management level handling finance over 5 years Strong expertise in Financial Planning and heading finance operations of large business units Exceptional Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making Experience in leadership roles and overseeing financial operations Knowledge of FMCG or Manufacturing industry is an advantage Excellent communication and team management skills.
