As a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, you’ll design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, loyalty, and reputation, while attracting prospective students and partners to drive enrolments.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 15-18 years in leading marketing for future-focused organizations in industries like hospitality, healthcare, luxury automobiles, real estate, or retail.

Job Description

• Brand Positioning and messaging – ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms – both traditional and digital• Marketing Strategy development with a digital-first mindset and approacho Formulate a strategy aligned with overall business objectiveso Leverage data-driven insights to identify TG and optimise channels for maximum impacto Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor strategies• Content Strategy – give direction for creating engaging content that resonates with TG. Implement a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content• Advertising –o Develop and manage advertising campaigns across platforms.o Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement• Digital Assets and Social Media Management –o Manage and grow visitors/followers on the university website and social media handles.o Drive strategy to build awareness and engage with the TG.o Monitor trends and leverage platforms for targeted outreach• Budget Management and Reportingo Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.o Oversee expenditures for brand campaigns, media buys, sponsorships, and partnerships.o Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to leadership• Collaboration and Leadershipo Collaborate with academics, admissions, performance marketing, product and all other departments within the organisation to align marketing efforts with set goalso Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, innovation and excellence.
