Job Title: Marketing and Social Media Intern


Location : Baner, Pune (On-site)


Position Overview : We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of marketing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and ready to dive into various aspects of marketing and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Outreach:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Meta marketing platforms.

• Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.

• Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to present our services and value propositions.

• Assist in creating personalized outreach strategies to attract new business.


2. Social Media Management:


• Conceptualize and create innovative social media ideas tailored to each client's brand and audience.

• Execute and manage social media accounts for clients, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.


3. Content Creation:


• Craft compelling content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.

• Develop engaging scripts and content for podcasts, ensuring alignment with client goals and audience interests.

• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and cohesive multimedia content.


4. Campaign Execution:


• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Coordinate with clients to ensure their vision and objectives are met.

• Track and measure the success of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.


• Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique content ideas.


• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques.


• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
