It leverages artificial intelligence to ensure food consistency and a homely taste.Nosh is the brainchild of alumni from ISB Hyderabad, BITS Pilani, and IISc Bangalore, alongside former entrepreneurs and early-stage members from tech companies and startups like AB InBev, Analog Devices, Broadcom, Cred, Unacademy and Yulu.We're creators, dreamers, and doers who never take 'no' for an answer. We thrive on challenging the status quo and discovering elegant solutions to complex problems. Venturing into spaces that have never been touched before requires a different breed of human beings; the kind that does not fit into a mould. We put our heads together, pick up a torchlight and search to find it.Nosh: AI-Powered Robo-chef: Cooking Matar Paneer: this role, you will:- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising- Drive user acquisition and sales growth in both India and the USA- Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve ROI- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and report insights regularly- Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and trends- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing- Take full ownership of growth experiments testing, learning, iterating, and scaling what worksWhat you bring on-board:- 0-2 years experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles, preferably in D2C businesses- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to measure, optimize, and scale campaigns based on numbers- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills. You take end-to-end responsibility and deliver results- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple prioritiesDon't feel that you tick all the boxes?
