EA to the Founder

We are a team of marketers who want to revolutionize the world of marketing and branding through meticulous research, strategic thinking , and intelligent communication. We aspire to elevate brands by seamlessly integrating creativity and data-driven insights, empowering them to make a meaningful impact and inspire positive change on a global scale.
We are looking for an EA to the Founder :
- They should have experience shadowing a Founder
- Manage the Founder's virtual calendar schedule, incoming and outgoing mail, telephone calls, and other correspondence, including where appropriate re-routing to executives
- Assessing the priority of different appointments and scheduling and reallocating them as required
- Ensure communication between the Founder and Clients, schedule Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
- Oversee virtual projects, including delegating tasks and managing timelines
- Responsible for making the meeting agendas, performing research for the meetings, also taking minutes during the meetings (if required)
- Liaise with clients and business guests
- Maintain Electronic Filing system
- Maintain projects and follow up with the team members wherever required
- Working as the point of contact among Internal & External Stakeholders
- They should have a keen interest in administrative roles and a desire to gain practical experience in business operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality
- Self-driven individuals with a passion for learning and contributing to the success of dynamic organizations
Other Requirements
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal), attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
Location: Shahpurjat, Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Except 1st and 3rd Saturdays)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
