Technical Leadership

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying .NET Core applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software and Design :
  • Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems based on business requirements.
  • Implement best practices for code architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to enhance development and Coding :
  • Hands-on development using .NET Core to build robust and scalable applications.
  • Expertise in SQL for designing and optimizing database schemas and queries.
  • Work with OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and other data storage technologies as needed.
  • Utilize AWS services, including Lambda and Event Bridge, to develop serverless and Communication :
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets business requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best Services :
  • Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging AWS services, such as Lambda and Event Bridge, to build scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest AWS features and best Solving :
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance to the team as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement solutions to improve overall system :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead .NET Core Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS services such as Lambda and Event Bridge.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Certification in AWS or relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
