About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Sales & Marketing Professional to promote our flagship one-day workshop –
"Eradicate Stress, Elevate Performance"
– along with other leadership development initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in face-to-face engagement with top executives and have the confidence to open doors at the CXO level.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to reach CXOs, HR leaders, and corporate decision-makers
Arrange and attend in-person meetings with senior executives
Drive awareness and participation in high-value leadership programs
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with organisations
Represent the brand with credibility, professionalism, and purpose
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or executive networking
Strong ability to open conversations and secure meetings at senior leadership level
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and purpose-driven
