Role:

Technical Support and Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Servicing and Maintenance:

Perform regular servicing and troubleshooting of fully autonomous and semi-autonomous waterless solar panel cleaning robots at client sites across India.•

Installation Support:

Assist in the setup and commissioning of new robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.•

Technical Expertise:

Diagnose issues and perform on-site repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.•

Customer Support:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing concerns effectively.•

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities for tracking and reporting purposes.•

Training:

Educate clients on the operation and maintenance of Greenleap’s robotic systems to ensure long-term efficiency.•

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during on-site operations.

Requirements:

• Educational Background:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.•

Experience:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintenance roles, preferably with robotics or industrial equipment.•

Skills:• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.• Familiarity with robotic systems and renewable energy applications is a plus.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.• Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively across India.•

Other:

A valid driver’s license is preferred.
