About Us:Trushape Precision Castings

We're looking for a highly experienced and motivated Head of Quality Assurance & Quality Control to lead our quality initiatives and ensure we meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, etc.).Oversee all aspects of quality control, including raw material inspections, in-process checks, and final product testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive continuous improvement.Conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Lead root cause analysis and develop action plans to address non-conformities and process failures.Establish quality key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and drive improvement.Train and mentor the QA/QC team, promoting best practices in quality management and inspection techniques.Work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain incoming material quality standards.Prepare and present detailed quality reports and documentation for management and customers.Lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.Monitor daily work output of QA / QC Staff & Workers.Oversee in process dimension inspection activity at Foundry and Machining Side.Final Dimension and Visual Inspection activity.Key quality equipment calibration.Lab & NDT (In-house and vendor) Activity.Co ordination with engineering team for NPD Items and Continuous improvement.Develop PPAP reports for automotive products.Develop and implement SOP, WI and Procedure along with implementation of QMS activities within QC Functions.Inspection activity for Brought out parts, incoming material and Machined components (in-house & vendor).

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in precision casting industry.In-depth knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.Experience with casting inspection techniques, non-destructive testing (NDT), and root cause analysis.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management software.Lean, Six Sigma, or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certifications are a plus.
