Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in general trade channels2. Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to achieve business objectives.Requirements1. MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience.2. Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products.3. Strong understanding of general trade channels and market dynamics.4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.5.
