In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting data integrity, operational efficiency, and process automation across key business functions. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel and Zoho to manage, organize, and analyze data, ensuring accurate reporting and seamless workflow integration. This position offers a unique opportunity for career growth in a fast-paced tech environment, where you’ll contribute to scalable solutions and support strategic decision-making through reliable data management practices. --- Responsibilities: Maintain and update databases using Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Prepare and analyze data reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting, macros). Support team workflows by creating and managing templates, dashboards, and automated processes within Zoho. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and input data from various sources. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal data standards. Assist in the documentation of data processes and system workflows for future reference and training. Monitor data trends and provide timely insights to support operational planning and reporting. Participate in system updates, user training sessions, and process improvement initiatives. Requirements Requirements: Graduation in any discipline (B.Sc, B, B.A, or equivalent) with a strong academic record. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data visualization, and formula creation. Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, or related Zoho suite applications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Basic understanding of data management principles and workflow automation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving systems and processes. Willingness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
