Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand a creative brief and pose questions for further clarity, as and when required
  • Participate and consistently contribute in brainstorming sessions
  • Deliver quality designs whilst adhering to timelines
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
  • Apply typography techniques
  • Interact regularly with the Art Director/ Creative head to identify areas of improvement and act in accordance with the guidance provided
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and attempt to bring in a fresh approach to design for each campaign

Ideal Candidate

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in conceptualisation and graphic design.
  • The candidate should have a fair understanding of design softwares such as Adobe suite/Affinity suite etc.,, in addition to having a basic understanding of design principles.
  • He / She should be able to work closely with Copywriters, Creative head and Servicing Executives to produce the best possible output that is tailored to a client’s requirement.
  • He / She should also be open to feedback and be able to patiently work on multiple iterations, if require
