Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Manager to join our team at SINCLUS, a Mumbai-based staffing services provider. As a Civil Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in civil engineering, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong background in managing construction projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMore than 10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a managerial roleProven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budgetStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction techniquesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to effectively multitask and prioritize tasksProficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and designFamiliarity with applicable regulatory codes and standardsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and constructionPrepare and review project budgets, schedules, and resources allocationMonitor and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standardsSupervise and guide a team of civil engineers and site staffCoordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors, architects, and local authoritiesReview and approve design changes, specifications, and technical drawingsResolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the projectPerform regular site visits to inspect progress, identify any problems, and provide recommendations for improvementPrepare and submit progress reports to senior managementStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in civil engineering and construction industry
