Role Description
As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy to support our company's growth and success. You will lead our HR department and work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Providing strategic leadership and direction to the HR team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Leading talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
- Overseeing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development planning.
- Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Providing guidance and support to senior leadership on HR-related matters, including organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance requirements in India.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with remote teams is preferred.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
