Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Email marketing strategies: Create and execute email marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth.Campaign planning and execution: Plan, create, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including writing compelling email copy, designing email templates, segmenting target audiences, and managing email distribution schedules.Content creation and optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs (Call-to-Actions) that resonate with our target audience and drive desired actions.List management and segmentation: Manage email contact databases, segment subscriber lists based on demographics, preferences, and behaviors to deliver targeted and personalized email campaigns.A/B testing and performance analysis: Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and other key metrics. Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Automation and workflow management: Set up and maintain automated email marketing workflows, including trigger-based emails, drip campaigns, and customer journey workflows, to ensure timely and relevant communication with subscribers.Compliance and deliverability: Ensure email campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, B2B email marketing and appointment settings.Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar).Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Phantom BusterStrong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and deliverability.Familiarity with email marketing analytics and reporting tools.Experience with HTML and CSS for email template design and customization.Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive actionable insights from data.Up-to-date understanding of email marketing regulations and compliance.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication and presentation skills.
