Microsoft teams integration, AI integration.Proven ability to write clear, testable ServiceNow user stories and process documentationFamiliarity with global onboarding/offboarding workflows and asset-management metricsStrong facilitation, stakeholder-management, and communication skillsCBAP or equivalent certification preferredAll roles require demonstrable experience in employee engagement practices and endpoint device lifecycle management, with a focus on leveraging AI-driven tools in the EDLM space.
