About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to take ownership of executing all SEO-related tasks, ensuring our search presence continues to grow and perform at the highest level.A strong understanding of emerging SEO trendsincluding AIO (AI Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)is a must. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in implementing SEO best practices, leveraging AI-powered tools, and translating data into actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Execution & Optimization

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices: meta tags, internal linking, site structure, schema markup, image optimization, etc.
  • Execute off-page SEO initiatives, including backlink acquisition, outreach coordination, and link quality monitoring.
  • Conduct keyword research to support content planning and optimization.
  • Optimize existing and new content for search engines in line with defined objectives.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers for fixes.
  • Enhance organic lead generation by optimizing for high-intent keywords and leveraging AI tools for audience targeting.

Analysis & Trends

  • Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and others
  • Stay ahead of evolving SEO trends, with a focus on AIO, GEO, AEO, and AI-driven optimization
  • Utilize LLM tools and automation techniques to enhance search performance
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO requirements are met
  • Coordinate with outreach teams/agencies for high-quality backlink building
  • Support in competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven execution success
  • Strong expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO
  • In-depth understanding of AIO, GEO, AEO, and AI/LLM-powered SEO enhancements
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog (or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple SEO tasks simultaneously
