- Advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as networks, servers, storage, and cloud computing.
- Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent writing skills for creating reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
