Job Summary:
As the Creative Head, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our design team to create unique, trend-setting, and market-leading lab-grown diamond jewellery collections. You will play a pivotal role in defining the aesthetic and creative direction of our brand, ensuring that our designs resonate with a diverse and global audience.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the design team in conceptualising and creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing jewellery designs, with a primary focus on lab-grown diamonds.
●While adding your inspiration in creating your designs or collections, also create your own value-adding designs for the collection.
●Conduct market research to identify global jewellery trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
●Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's brand vision and market positioning.
●Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product launches and campaigns.
●Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final product, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
●Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
●Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
●Stay updated with the latest advancements in lab-grown diamond technology and incorporate innovative techniques into the design process.
●Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and design competitions, showcasing our unique collections.
Requirements:
●Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
●Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in jewellery design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
●Have experience in managing & leading a design team of 5-10 people in previous experience
●Proven expertise in designing with lab-grown diamonds and a deep understanding of their unique properties and market potential.
●Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and commercially successful jewellery designs.
