Job Description
Architectural Draftsman for Working Drawings
Position:Architectural Draftsman
Location:Navi Mumbai
Experience:Minimum 3 years contract
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed working drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Develop precise architectural plans, sections, and elevations based on design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to refine technical details.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to produce high-quality construction drawings.
- Review and revise drawings as per client and consultant feedback.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all technical documentation.
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in preparing BOQs and technical documentation (preferred).
