Job Title: E-Commerce Head (Fashion – Myntra Specialist)
Location: Kolkata
CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

About the Company:
A leading ethnic and contemporary fashion brand with a strong online presence, catering to premium customers across India. The company is now expanding aggressively on e-commerce platforms and looking for a senior professional to drive growth on Myntra.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the sales, revenue, and marketing performance of the brand's products on Myntra.
• Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns, offers, and promotions to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Coordinate with Myntra category managers to improve brand placement, listings, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze platform performance, track sales data, and implement strategies for higher ROI.
• Oversee cataloging, pricing, product visibility, and content optimization.
• Manage budgets for paid promotions and campaigns on Myntra.
• Ensure alignment between design, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling fashion or lifestyle products on Myntra.
• Strong expertise in sales growth, revenue management, and marketing strategies on Myntra.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, paid campaigns, and fashion e-commerce dynamics.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in online brand building.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
