Job Description:We are seeking a talented React Developer to join our dynamic team. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows. Your primary focus will be on creating modular and reusable components that ensure the best possible performance and user experience.Responsibilities:Develop new user-facing features using React.jsBuild reusable components and libraries for future useCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresTranslate designs and wireframes into high-quality codeOptimize components for maximum performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsersConduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards are maintainedStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in front-end developmentTroubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and in production environmentsWork closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryMentor and assist junior developers when necessaryRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in React.js developmentStrong proficiency in Java Script, including DOM manipulation and the Java Script object modelThorough understanding of React.js and its core principlesExperience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Mob X)Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM)Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git)Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality workPreferred Qualifications:Experience with responsive web design and mobile developmentProven track record of delivering public-facing websites (please share portfolio/examples).Implement smooth, engaging animations and interactions using libraries like GSAP, Framer Motion, or Web GL (a plus).Familiarity with UI/UX design principlesExperience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme)Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
