Job Description
The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Member Services & Communication .
The Head of Member Services & Communication reports to the French Chamber Executive Director and leads a team of 8 people.
As the Head of Member Services & Communication, you will be responsible for overseeing the membership, events organization, sponsoring, communication, and advertising, leading a team of dedicated key account managers, a membership manager, and the communication/digital team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event management:
  • Ensure the successful organization and implementation of over 200 events and projects annually (Gala dinner, Asia Startup Summit, Conferences/Round Tables, Workshops, Networking events, Large social events, Business Lunch, So Chic French Guide…) running across 18 different industries.
  • Establish a yearly roadmap for all committees and large events.
  • Secure event sponsorships to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
  • Promote the French Chamber activities to members.
  • Participate actively in events and communicate with members.

2. Membership  
  • Manage the team in charge of recruiting and servicing member companies.
  • Manage and supervise the renewal and retention rate of memberships.
  • Achieve membership revenue and boost Committees Sponsoring
  • Membership portfolio analysis and management:
    • Determine criteria to segment the portfolio and characterize groups of members with specific features/needs
    • Propose services and events adapted to the expectations of the various groups in collaboration with the KAM
  • Supervise privilege cards and member offers (loyalty program for members)
 3. Communication & Advertising:
  • Lead the communication and design team to ensure adherence to consistent brand guidelines.
  • Increase digital presence on social media.
  • Manage external communication in collaboration with the team, including the editorial magazine FOCUS, the weekly newsletter, LinkedIn, So Chic, and other collaborative platforms.
  • Advertising revenues: develop advertising revenues online and offline in collaboration with the Team.
  • Analyse communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
 4. Stakeholder engagement:
  • Collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders and partners to enhance the Chamber's value proposition. (Ex French Embassy, French Tech, local agencies, etc )

Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation and operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the Singapore and Southeast Asian business landscape.
