Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability. Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists. Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and systems. Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices are followed.

Must-Have Skills: Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Solid understanding of deep learning algorithms and architectures. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development. Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment. Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Leadership and mentoring skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications. Familiarity with AI ethics and bias mitigation techniques. Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI. Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI conferences/journals. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
