Key Responsibilities-

Implementation and customization:

Analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP system configurations and customizations.Business process mapping:

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and map existing business processes and recommending improvements based on SAP market best practices.System Configuration:

Configuring and maintaining SAP integration solutions across multiple systems.Testing and troubleshooting:

Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the SAP and integrated system operates correctly. Identifying and resolving any issues or defects.Documentation and training:

Preparing detailed functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure proper system utilization.Support and maintenance:

Providing ongoing support to end-users, addressing their questions, issues, and system enhancement requests. Performing system maintenance tasks such as applying patches and updates.Project management:

Participating in project planning and execution, adhering to timelines and budgets. Coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing project deliverables.Monitoring system performance:

Monitoring and analyzing system performance, and suggesting and implementing enhancements.Continuous improvement:

Staying up to date with SAP technical functionality, industry trends, and best practices. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending system enhancement

Qualifications

-Overall Experience: More than 5 YearIndustry Experience: Domain - Retail IndustryEducational Qualification: Graduate
