Field execution head managing all disciplines, labour, vendorsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations, ensure sequence integrity, productivity and site discipline across all shifts.Key Skills/ AttributesExecution planning, multitasking, team leadership, strong field coordination.AttributesQualifications- Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to lead teams and direct project execution.- Expertise in Construction processes and methodologies.- Experience with Project Control and scheduling tools for effective management.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.- Proficiency with construction management software and tools is an advantage.- B.E./B.Tech (Civil), 12–15 yrs exp in industrial/infra EPC.
