Responsibilities:
Organize and execute APAC regional supply planning in S&OP process, balance production capacity within the region, support country level scheduling and cost effective in overall aspect.
Establish annual supply planning refer to FPC & Quarterly Fcst.
Generate monthly Rough-Cut Capacity Planning to optimize the capacity utilization while meeting customer’s requirements.
Engage with our Customer Service team to drive supply chain efficiencies with optimal service level and work closely with the business community to help ascertain the most impactful ways to improve customer experience through operational performance while focusing on efficiency.
Lead monthly supply review with manufacturing site and conduct scenario planning in gap closing and drive decision making regard to the product line portfolio and inventory in responsible product.
Conclude planning strategy, safety stocks, Re-order point, review frequency etc. and setup the master data in JDE refer to analysis report on FG and RM level.
Ensure a clean/effective and controllable data base in JDE system
Inventory Management
To budget the inventory level every year,
Set target to every country/every responsible party via fully communication with finance team in DIO breakdown.
To monitor the inventory level in each country via analysis the inventory detail and propose improvement actions. (This work can cover APAC other countries)
Control and monitor the SMOG’s Inv. level and action plans.
To trace the turnover rate of Consignment and set guild line on daily consignment order billing and management.
Supply chain process improvement project support.
Global supply chain transformation projects roll out in China and extension to APAC
Support Inter/Cross region sourcing plant migration project
Local systematic planning implementation and extension to other country in APAC
Engage into Global IBP process
Support global product rationalization project
Continuous improvement & cost reduction project within region
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above
least 5-year experience in supply planning and inventory management
experience is preferred
S&OP experience is preferred
skill and rich knowledge in Supply Chain with great data analysis ability
in relevant industry in FMCG/Automobile/Chemical is preferred.
communication ability with strong logic, can work under changeable and complex situation.
English skill can work comfortable in English environment.
Solid Excel skill. Python and Power BI is preferred.
