About Position: We are looking for 2-3 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies, concepts and features; Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing; Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions; Development background (i.E. JAVA) Role: SailPoint Developer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 4 to 12 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Must have hands on experience in SailPoint IIQ Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events and workflows; Install, Customize, configure and support identify provisioning and Governance tools; Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors In detail Interact with customers and understand IAM requirements and existing business processes Design IM infrastructure, complex business processes and integrations Prepare high level and low level design documents Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify IGA customizations for implementation Assume ownership of IGA (Identity & Access Governance) system integration and work closely with teams to complete development and customization tasks Collaborate with various teams, including IT security, network operations, system administrators, and application owners on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues Assign and review work packets delivered by the team Technical Skills - In Detail (Essential Skills) SailPoint Identity IQ consulting and configuration experience. Have worked on at least 2 SailPoint deployments. Must have excellent understanding of IGA processes, including Identity Life cycle management, role definition, request processes, access reviews, access controls and privileges etc. Must have hands-on experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review, configuring quick links, life cycle events, Plugins etc. Must have experience on customizing IIQ UI, request and approval flows, certifications to meet business requirements. Expertise You'll Bring: Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting; Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution & reduce future incidents; Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues; Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts. Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts. Good communicational skills to interact with customer. Provide solutions that are compliant with IT standards and corporate security policies and adhere to best practices.
