Role OverviewWe are looking for a multifaceted Graphic Designer who is equally skilled in video editing and UI/UX design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative challenges, can translate ideas into impactful visuals, and ensures a seamless digital experience across our app, website, and marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities- Graphic Design:- Create visually compelling graphics, social media creatives, posters, infographics, and marketing materials.- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.- Video Editing & Motion Graphics:- Edit promotional videos, explainers, reels, and ads for digital platforms.- Add animations, transitions, subtitles, and motion elements to enhance storytelling.- UI/UX Design:- Collaborate with product and tech teams to design intuitive app and website interfaces.- Conduct basic user research and implement design feedback to improve usability.- Prepare wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features.Requirements- Proven experience (2–4 years) in graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX design.- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or equivalents).- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.- Portfolio showcasing multi-format design work (static, video, and digital product design).- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with attention to detail.- Bonus: Experience in fintech, startups, or referral-driven platforms.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on a fast-scaling fintech app in India.- Creative freedom with room to innovate and experiment.- A collaborative and growth-oriented environment.- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
