As a Service Engineer II on the Azure Storage team, you’ll work on varied tasks and projects. The primary focus for this role will be to troubleshoot/debug/automate new hardware validation systems which will accelerate the velocity of new hardware enablement. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ year(s) technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administrationOR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.OR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) technical experience in storage hardware and networking.3+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration.Other Qualifications:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Responsibilities
You’ll implement high-performance solutions across teams while maintaining a quality checklist with minimal help. You’ll also monitor telemetry data and perform analyses to identify patterns that reveal errors and unexpected problems.You will respond to incidents by identifying the level of impact, troubleshooting basic issues, deploying the appropriate fixes, and implementing automations to prevent recurring issues.
