About SRM Technologies

SRM Technologies is a Rs. 200 Cr+ IT services provider in the US, Japan and India. The Company aims to grow exponentially in the next 3 years with significant investments planned across various domains.

Role

The Head – Finance & Accounts (HFA) is responsible for shall be responsible for Accounting, Taxation and regulatory compliances, Finance and Financial processes, MIS, decision support and Investment evaluation. The HFA shall focus on providing decision support by analysing the business performance, identifying drivers, trends and patterns for optimisation. The HFA shall also evaluate the viability of investment opportunities for organic and inorganic growth. The HFA shall coordinate the Budgeting activity, analyse the actual performance with respect to the Budgets/ Targets and provide actionable inputs. The HFA position is critical for the Company in achieving its growth plans.

Roles and Responsibilities

Essential F&A functions:Accounting:

Record to Report process including Statutory and Internal Audit of the company.Taxation:

Taxation and regulatory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax returns etc.Finance:

Financial Management including working capital management, banking relationships etc.Vendor Payments:Systems & process:

Institute and implement good systems and practices.

Decision Support, Budgeting and MISProvide decision support through data analysisCoordinate and formulate operational and Financial Budgets/ TargetsAnalyse and present Business Performance and action plan for improvementDevelop business plans and monitor progress against the plan

Investment AnalysisInvestment Analysis – incremental and large organic investmentsAnalyse inorganic growth opportunities - M&A possibilities

Education, skills and traits

CA/ CMA/ MBA (Finance) with ~10 years of relevant experience in the IT services industryExperience in M&A/ Strategy role (preferable)Experience of managing US entity books (preferable)Expertise in Financial modeling (MS Office)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical and Problem‐Solving SkillsProfessional and Ethical BehaviorMultilingual – fluency in English necessary, working knowledge of Tamil preferable.
