Job Role: Branch Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka


Job Description



  • Lead the Study Abroad Branch: Oversee all operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop strategies to enhance employee performance, implement necessary improvements, recruit new staff, and manage other branch development operations.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train branch staff and keep them informed about the study abroad vertical and industry best practices.
  • Sales and Conversion Targets: Achieve maximum individual and team sales targets and conversion ratios in accordance with company standards.
  • Relationship Building (B2B): Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to expand the branch network, increase study abroad opportunities, and generate leads.
  • Compliance and Client Retention: Handle all compliance inquiries and ensure high client retention.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that may arise within the study abroad branch effectively and efficiently.
