Role Description

We are seeking a Project Lead to join our Trivandrum office (full-time, in-office role). The role requires hands-on expertise in React, , SQL Server, Python, and Azure DevOps CI/CD, combined with the ability to lead small-to-medium project teams and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications.
  • Provide technical guidance in
    React (frontend), (backend), SQL Server, and Python
    .
  • Manage and optimize
    Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
    , deployments, and releases.
  • Collaborate with product managers, AI/ML engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver on time.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot critical issues and serve as the escalation point for technical challenges.
  • Balance hands-on coding with leadership and project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of software development experience
    , with at least
    1–2 years in a team lead or module lead role
    .
  • Strong skills in
    React, , SQL Server, Python, and Azure DevOps CI/CD
    .
  • Experience in
    REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments
    .
  • Exposure to
    AI/ML-based platforms or data workflows
    is a plus.
  • Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
