We are looking to hire a Product Manager - Real Assets at 360 One Wealth. Location: Mumbai.

About the role:


• The role would involve evaluating various Real Asset product offerings - from residential, commercial to infra funds and stand alone assets + REITs/Invits.


• Fund raise: Working closely with sales team to equip them with the right data to help support the fund raise.


• Stakeholder management: Product manufacturers, finance, marketing, ops, compliance, service. All stakeholders associated through the lifecycle of a product.


• Reviews: Timely and regular reviews of products, creating summary notes to be shared with sales RMs and clients.

Requirements:


• Strong fundamental understanding of the real estate sector - past experience in wealth or amc roles would be preferred.


• Strong communication skills - ability to pitch products to sales and clients.


• Proficiency in understanding the intricacies of financial models + drafting sharp and crisp marketing collaterals.


• Education: CA/MBA/CFA
