Lead Crypto Market Maker / Liquidity ProviderLocation: RemoteThis role operates on a night shift schedule (opposite to Dubai timezone, around UTC−8).At least 2 years of experience in crypto market-making is required. Applications without this will not be considered.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced crypto market maker to manage liquidity and maintain tight spreads for our altcoin pairs across CEXs/DEXs. The goal is to ensure healthy order books, reduced slippage, and consistent trading activities to match the exchange requirements.Responsibilities- Provide two-sided quotes (bid/ask) and maintain target depth and spread.- Adjust pricing dynamically to market conditions.- Manage inventory and hedging to minimize risk.- Report key liquidity metrics (spread, depth, volume, uptime).- Coordinate with exchanges for listings, APIs, and reporting.- Provides client support when necessaryRequirements- Minimum 2-4 years of market-making experience- Prior experience in crypto market making is mandatory- Have a proven track record in altcoin market making, inventory risk control, and strategy optimization.- Know how to design, backtest, and deploy market-making parameters- Proven experience as a crypto market maker, preferably with altcoins.- Strong knowledge of order-book dynamics, spread management, and APIs.- Quantitative and risk-management skills.- Transparent and compliant trading practices.Zerospread.io
